Mayor Rawlings-Blake shows great initiative in ensuring Baltimore is poised for success now, and in the future. From launching initiatives that have proven successful and encourage kids to stay in school, and graduate, to “Healthy City Days,” Baltimore is a city that YAFCA is happy to lend a hand in!
